Cooler air,
plus cleaner air.
In Miami, your AC is your air filter. We design indoor-air-quality systems that handle humidity, pollen, mold spores, and the salt-air corrosion South Florida is famous for — without the gimmick devices.
Most "IAQ" products are theater. These aren't.
The IAQ category is full of overpriced gadgets and pseudo-science. Our position is simple: we only install equipment with measurable effects, third-party-tested performance data, and a realistic ROI. That means high-MERV media filters, UV-C coil sterilization, properly-sized whole-home dehumidification, and HEPA bypass filtration when warranted.
It also means we'll talk you out of things you don't need. Bipolar ionization in a residential setting? Probably not. A $2,000 ozone generator? Definitely not. We tell you what works, what doesn't, and why.
IAQ equipment we install
4–5" media cabinets (MERV 11–13). 10× more surface area than a 1" filter, 6-month replacement cycle, real particulate capture.
Continuous UV-C light on the evaporator coil. Stops biofilm and mold from establishing. Replacement bulb annually.
Ducted dehumidifiers (Aprilaire, Santa Fe). Independent humidity control without overcooling. Critical for Miami summers.
For homes with severe allergies or post-renovation concerns. True HEPA (99.97% at 0.3μm) on a bypass loop.
Aeroseal duct sealing for leaky systems. NADCA-certified duct cleaning when warranted (we won't upsell when it's not).
Awair / Airthings integration so you can actually see PM2.5, CO₂, and humidity over time, not just trust a salesman.
When to consider IAQ upgrades
- Persistent musty smell when AC kicks on
- Visible biofilm or "black slime" on the evaporator coil
- Indoor humidity above 55% even with AC running
- Family member with newly-diagnosed allergies or asthma
- Recent renovation, water intrusion, or mold remediation
- Home older than 25 years with original ductwork
- You can see dust on the supply registers within a week
