Every room,
actually cool.
When the back bedroom is 8° warmer than the living room, the answer is rarely a bigger AC. We diagnose airflow, balance ducts, add zoning, and seal leaks — so the system you have can finally do its job.
A bigger AC won't fix uneven cooling.
Hot rooms in Miami homes are almost always a distribution problem, not a capacity problem. Long duct runs to the far bedroom, leaky returns in the attic, an undersized supply register, or a thermostat parked in the coolest hallway in the house — these are the actual culprits, and a "bigger system" just makes them worse and damper.
Our comfort assessment measures airflow at every register, static pressure across the air handler, and temperature differential room-by-room. Then we fix the actual problem: zoning, duct sealing, register sizing, smart thermostat placement, or a dedicated mini-split for the worst room.
Comfort upgrades we install
We measure CFM at every register and total static pressure. You get a written diagram of where the system is starving and where it's overserving.
Motorized dampers + zone controllers so the upstairs and downstairs cool independently. Honeywell and Ecobee compatible.
Computer-controlled aerosol sealant that finds and closes duct leaks from the inside. Average 30–40% leakage reduction.
Bigger supply registers in the hot rooms, added returns where the system is choking. Most-impactful, lowest-cost intervention.
Ecobee, Nest, Honeywell T-series. Remote sensors so the thermostat reads the actual occupied room, not the hallway.
For one stubborn room (Florida room, garage conversion, addition) a single-head mini-split is the right answer.

Comfort upgrades, transparent pricing.
Full home airflow audit and written comfort report. The fee is credited back if you proceed with any recommended work.
Aerosol duct sealing for the entire system. Includes pre/post leakage testing and a written report.
Motorized dampers, zone controller, and dual smart thermostats. Most homes are excellent candidates.
All quotes are flat-rate and given in writing before any work begins. No surprises, no diagnostic-fee-per-system tricks.
