A restaurant has at least three different climate zones — kitchen, dining, walk-in — and they all have to work together. Negative pressure in the kitchen pulls air conditioning out of the dining room. An undersized make-up air unit makes the hood louder, hotter, and out of code. A walk-in compressor that short-cycles in summer turns into a 3 AM emergency call.
We service every part of it. We work with health inspectors, fire marshals, and your hood-cleaning vendor. We schedule maintenance during your off-hours (most restaurants: Tuesday at 10 AM, never a Friday). And when something fails mid-service, we answer.
